Hotel Sole

Overall, Hotel sole place to stay — clean rooms, great facilities, excellent location, and outstanding service. I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Patong, whether for a short holiday or a longer stay. I’ll definitely come back again!

Nothing much. We were waiting to checkout , got to stay because it's booked

Reception not responsive. Did not provide towels apart from the pair given first day for family of 3.towels old and torn.Rooms were very small for the amount we paid. Water clogging in bathrooms which was attended after repeated follow ups

24 hrs reception..sort of (Man asleep at night with room keys on counter ..)Smoking area in lobby Elevator/lifts

Old locks on room door.. Hard to open sometimes. Old sagging bed spring coil mattress..Single bed sheet only.. too cold not warm comfort

Location is one of the best ever in the heart of Patong. You can literally reach everywhere on foot, especially the beach and main clubsStaff is professional, very friendly and kindRoom is cozy, comfortable, spacious and good value for moneyWiFi signal is strong

I have really nothing to report here.I also found the whole place and the rooms have been improved since last time I was in this same hotel a couple of years ago already.Well done to management!

You will have to cross the main road of patong to get to the beach and the party streets, which can be overwhelming at first

Fantastic hotel, located 10 minutes walk from Patong beach. Close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, and the roomhas a very nice and clean bathroom.

The location is fine and staff is friendly and attentive.

The bed sheets were stained, and there was no duvet, just a thin sheet. A blanket was available in the wardrobe, but I avoid using hotel blankets as I find them unhygienic.

Everything was good. so i stayed a month! yes! i had 2 months in Phuket and i was shifting between hotels. none were interesting. Sole was close enough to the beach, closer to Bangla road, closer to food markets and Big C and also a very safe locality. basically everything was just a walk away. my room was large enough and with a balcony that faced the mountains. amazing. i loved my room. i loved the staff. there a good common area to relax. a family mart store just outside the hotel. what more can you ask for? thanks for everything guys. loved it.

1. the only problem was the lights in the room. they were so dim in the night that the room felt like a pub after sunset. i really struggled with that. 2. also wish they had given me a monthly rental option, and then i wud have stayed longer because i had one more month of visa left! but i plan to return soon.

The hotel was very close to All the big attractions near Patong beach and Bangla Road.

Worse mattress I have sleept in my life.Property didnt have electricity one of the morning from 6am to 10am and we were so hot.Air conditioning was very loud

door was hard to lock from outside, sheets were less than comfortable

- we had a deluxe room which was huge, clean and had a balcony - bed was comfy, nice bathroom, towels and samples provided - good location right off the Main Street and 15 min walk to beach- staff were lovely and friendly - rooms made daily- extended our stay one night in a standard room, was smaller with no balcony or view but still clean and nice size

- had to leave key at reception when you leave to avoid loss. Not biggest issue but meant couldn’t leave aircon on
